Insurance

I am currently not on any health insurance panels and cannot bill insurance directly. If you have a PPO policy, I will accept payment at the time of service and can provide a Super Bill for you to submit for reimbursement.

It’s your responsibility to verify coverage. Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

What is my insurance deductible and has it been met?

How many sessions per year are covered?

What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Is prior approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services may be available. Please ask about this option before scheduling.

Payment

Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. If not provided, you will be charged the full session fee.
